    A Bill to amend Section 38-59-120, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the Patients' Compensation Fund, so as to provide for payment from the Fund for tort liability claims, settlements, or judgments other than medical malpractice, to provide exceptions, and to provide for the amended Section to apply to incidents occurring on or after the effective date.
