    A Bill to amend Sections 56-5-2940 and 56-5-2945, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the penalties for DUI and felony DUI, respectively, so as to revise these penalties and provide that no part of the sentences imposed may be suspended and probation may not be granted for any portion.
