    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 38-71-230 so as to require insurers to notify in writing all health and medical insurance policyholders and all group members covered by a group policy of insurance by the insurer of changes in coverage before the effective date of the changes.
