    A Bill to amend Section 50-17-660, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the catching or taking of shrimp, so as to delete the provisions for the Wildlife and Marine Resources Department to establish the open season for taking shrimp over baited areas and provide for the season to be September first through November thirtieth.
