    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 59-40-140, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO REPORTING REQUIREMENTS OF CHARTER SCHOOLS TO THEIR SPONSORS AND THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION, SO AS TO PROVIDE THESE REPORTS MUST INCLUDE INFORMATION CONCERNING ITS RACIAL COMPOSITION AND THE DEGREE TO WHICH THE SCHOOL COMPLIES WITH REQUIREMENTS CONCERNING ITS RACIAL COMPOSITION.
