    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 56-5-2957 SO AS TO REQUIRE THE REVOCATION FOR AN ADDITIONAL PERIOD OF ONE YEAR OF THE DRIVER'S LICENSE OF A PERSON WHO IS LESS THAN TWENTY-ONE YEARS OF AGE AND WHO IS CONVICTED OF DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF LIQUOR, DRUGS OR OTHER SUBSTANCES, OR CAUSING GREAT BODILY INJURY OR DEATH BY OPERATING A VEHICLE WHILE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF DRUGS OR ALCOHOL.
