    A Bill to amend Section 56-5-5350, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the annual motor vehicle inspections, so as to require biennial rather than annual inspections; and to amend Section 56-5-5360 relating to official inspection stations, and the applicable fees, so as to increase the maximum inspection fee from two and one-half dollars to nine dollars and to increase the inspection sticker fee from fifty cents to one dollar.
