H 3042 General Bill, By J. Brown
    A Bill to require certain security devices for certain leased or rented rooms, lodgings, and accommodations, to make the violation of this requirement a misdemeanor offense, to provide penalties, and to provide that every instance in which the required security devices are not provided constitutes a separate offense for the purposes of prosecution and conviction.
