H 3044 General Bill, By J.M. White, Washington and L.S. Whipper
    A Bill to amend Section 7-3-20, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the Executive Director of the State Election Commission, so as to provide for his deleting the name of any elector from the roster of qualified electors, who has failed to vote in each of six, rather than two, consecutive statewide general elections and also failed to vote in any other election within the period intervening between the six general elections, and to require the Executive Director to maintain all information furnished his office relating to the inclusion or deletion of names from the rosters for twelve, rather than four, years.
