    A Bill to amend Section 16-17-600, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to destruction of graves, so as to change the offense from a misdemeanor to a felony and require mandatory imprisonment of not less than one year, and to amend Section 16-1-10, as amended, relating to crimes classified as felonies, so as to include the offense of destruction of graves.
