A Bill to amend Section 56-5-2950, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to implied consent to a chemical test to determine the alcoholic content of blood and the procedure related to it, so as to add provisions establishing a chain of custody or control of evidence in a criminal prosecution under the provisions of this Section or of Sections 56-5-2930 and 56-5-2945.
