A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 59-18-1505 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT WHEN A SCHOOL RECEIVES AN ABSOLUTE RATING OF BELOW AVERAGE OR UNSATISFACTORY ON ITS REPORT CARD FOR TWO CONSECUTIVE YEARS, THE SCHOOL SHALL REQUIRE THE STUDENTS TO WEAR UNIFORMS.
