    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 56-3-2355 so as to provide for the issuance of a transporter license plate to businesses engaged in a business of limited operation of motor vehicles to facilitate the repair of their engines or bodies; and to amend Section 56-3-2370, relating to use of transporter licenses so as to expand the usage.
