H 3079 General Bill, By Hayes
    A Bill to amend Sections 56-5-3660 and 56-5-3670, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the requirement of wearing a protective helmet and goggles for persons under the age of twenty-one while operating a two-wheeled motorized vehicle, so as to make these Sections applicable to all persons operating this vehicle.
