Summary: Wetlands Restoration Act
    A BILL TO AMEND CHAPTER 11, TITLE 49 OF THE 1976 CODE, RELATING TO DAMS, BY ADDING ARTICLE 5, TO ENACT THE "WETLANDS RESTORATION ACT" WHICH PROVIDES THAT CERTAIN IMPOUNDMENTS THAT ORIGINALLY IMPOUNDED A PARCEL OF TIDELAND OR MARSHLAND BUT NO LONGER COMPLETELY IMPOUNDS THAT PARCEL MAY BE REPAIRED OR RESTORED.
