    A Bill to amend Section 8-5-10, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to nepotism, so as to provide that the provisions of this Section forbidding nepotism and of the regulations of the Personnel Division of the Budget and Control Board relating to nepotism do not apply to employees hired for one-hundred twenty days or less.
