H 3101 General Bill, By T.A. Limehouse
    A Bill to require operators or providers of cable television service to provide the service in a manner which fully enables customers to use, at their option, their own remote control channel-changers, remote control channel-selectors, or similar devices, to authorize the use by customers of these devices, and to provide that customers may not be subjected to a monetary charge for doing so.
