A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 56-5-2535 so as to make it a misdemeanor offense, except under certain circumstances, to stop, stand, or park a vehicle in front of, adjacent to, or inside a designated fire lane, and to provide for punishment for this violation in the same manner as provided in Section 56-3-1970 for unlawfully parking a vehicle in a parking place clearly designated for handicapped persons.
