A Bill to amend Section 40-43-150, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to pharmacists and provisions regarding dangerous drugs, licensed pharmacists, and drug outlets, so as to prohibit the refilling of certain prescriptions more than one year beyond the date on which they were originally filled, and provide that nothing in this Section abridges any right of a pharmacist to refuse to fill or refill any prescription.
