A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 56-5-2955 so as to provide for an operator of a motor vehicle to be tested by an electronic visual driving simulator machine for the determination of sobriety, to provide that the necessity for the test is discretionary with the arresting officer, and to provide for the suspension of drivers' licenses for refusal to submit to the test.
