A Joint Resolution proposing an amendment to Section 13 of Article V of the Constitution of South Carolina, 1895, relating to the judicial department, so as to provide that judges of the circuit court may be retained in office if the majority of the registered electors voting in general elections vote in favor of the retention and to provide for their removal from office if a majority vote against their retention.
