H 3133 General Bill, By D.E. McTeer and L.S. Whipper
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 9-1-1555 so as to allow an adjustment in the average final compensation calculation for purposes of the South Carolina Retirement System for Teachers ineligible to receive state minimum salary schedule pay raises because of failure to meet the appropriate criteria, to provide the method of determining the adjustment, and to require those teachers applying for the adjustment to pay the employer and employee contributions on the amount of the adjustment.
