H 3135 General Bill, By Lanford
    A Bill to require the owner of real property on which are situated two or more inoperable motor vehicles to enclose the vehicles in a building on the property or to screen the vehicles from sight, to provide for the nature of the screening, and to provide a penalty for failure to comply with this Act.
