    A Bill to amend Section 20-7-510, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the reporting requirements when a child's physical or mental health or welfare has been or may be adversely affected by abuse or neglect, so as to require the person to report rather than authorizing him to cause a report to be made.
