    A Bill to amend Article 1, Chapter 5 of Title 38, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to insurance companies by adding Section 38-5-220 so as to provide that an insurance company exempt from federal income tax pursuant to Section 501 (c)(3) or (4) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, and which insures only churches and their property, is exempt from certain insurance tax levies.
