    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 13-1-1050, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO TERMS OF MEMBERS OF THE AERONAUTICS COMMISSION, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT NO COMMISSION MEMBER MAY SERVE MORE THAN TWO CONSECUTIVE TERMS BUT MAY BE ELIGIBLE TO SERVE AGAIN FOUR YEARS AFTER THE EXPIRATION OF HIS TERM.
