    A Concurrent Resolution to provide that the members of the General Assembly rescind their previous call for a Constitutional Convention to be convened for the purpose of considering a balanced budget amendment to the Federal Constitution, and to memorialize Congress to adopt amendments to the United States Constitution to be submitted to the states for ratification requiring a balanced federal budget.
