A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 24-21-925 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT A LIMITED PARDON MAY BE GRANTED TO A PERSON WHO HAS BEEN CONVICTED OF A FELONY OFFENSE, THAT IS NOT CONSIDERED A "CRIME OF VIOLENCE", THAT WOULD ALLOW HIM TO POSSESS A FIREARM FOR THE PURPOSE OF HUNTING ONLY, AND TO PROVIDE AN APPLICATION FEE.
