    AN ACT TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 10-1-168 SO AS TO AUTHORIZE THE POSTING OF THE FOUNDATIONS OF AMERICAN LAW AND GOVERNMENT DISPLAY IN A PUBLIC LOCATION IN PUBLIC BUILDINGS OF THE STATE AND ITS POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS, TO DELINEATE THE CONTENT OF THE DISPLAY, TO PROVIDE A BRIEF HISTORY OF THE DOCUMENTS INCLUDED IN THE DISPLAY, AND TO CREATE AN ADVISORY COMMITTEE TO MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS REGARDING THE DISPLAY TO THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY AND DEPARTMENT OF ARCHIVES AND HISTORY. - ratified title
