A Bill to amend Section 59-63-50, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to fingerprinting of pupils, so as to delete language providing that the fingerprints must be under the custody and control of the school board, subject only to inspection by school officials, parents, guardians, or persons permitted by order of the court, and language providing for the return of the fingerprint identification when a child is no longer in regular attendance.
