    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 57-3-610, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE NAMING OF A HIGHWAY FACILITY IN HONOR OF AN INDIVIDUAL, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT PUBLIC FUNDS MAY NOT BE USED TO REIMBURSE THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR THE EXPENSES IT INCURS TO NAME AND DEDICATE THE HIGHWAY FACILITY.
