    A Bill to amend Section 44-29-230, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the required testing when a health care worker is exposed to the human immunodeficiency virus, so as to provide a procedure for testing in the event of exposure to potentially infectious blood or body fluids, and to provide, among other things, for confidentiality and a criminal penalty.
