    A Bill to amend Section 37-3-201, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to maximum charges on loans, so as to provide that the maximum rate of interest a supervised lender may charge on a credit card loan is six percentage points above the federal reserve discount rate and to give the maximum rate prospective application only.
