A Bill to amend Section 12-35-550, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to sales tax exemptions, so as to provide that sales of kerosene in quantities of twenty gallons or less are considered used for residential heating purposes and to make other technical changes, and to repeal Section 4, Part II, of Act 199 of 1979 (The General Appropriations Act), relating to residential heating fuel sales tax exemption.
