    A Bill to amend Section 20-4-30, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to family court jurisdiction and venue in domestic abuse matters, so as to delete venue provisions, and to amend the 1976 Code by adding Section 20-4-35 so as to incorporate the deleted venue provisions into the new Code Section.
