    A House Resolution to amend Rule 10.1 of the Rules of the House of Representatives, relating to access to the floor of the House of Representatives, so as to deny access to any former House member who has been convicted of a crime, the conviction of which imposes a maximum penalty of imprisonment of one year or more, or pled guilty of nolo contendere to the crime, and provide that this restriction does not apply to a former House member who is reelected to either House of the General Assembly after the conviction of that crime.
