    A Bill to amend Section 40-79-150, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to licensing of burglar alarm system businesses of a nonresident who holds a valid license of the same type from another state, so as to prohibit the issuance of a license to a nonresident unless his state of principal residence also permits similar licensing of residents of this State.
