    A House Resolution to amend Rule 6.1 of the Rules of the House of Representatives, relating to the time for meeting of the House in the daily order of its business, so as to change the time at which it is required to meet and that the House must remain in session on a statewide legislative day for at least two hours or until the completion of that portion of the calendar covered by Rule 6.3 1 through 6.3 13, whichever is greater, unless adjournment is voted on by a majority of the members present and voting plus five members.
