    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 56-3-3310, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF SPECIAL LICENSE PLATES FOR RECIPIENTS OF THE PURPLE HEART BY THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE DEPARTMENT MAY ISSUE THIS SPECIAL LICENSE PLATE TO PURPLE HEART RECIPIENTS WHO OWN MOTORCYCLES.
