    A Bill to amend Title 12, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to taxation, by adding Chapter 36 so as to provide for a county local option sales tax, including an accompanying rollback of school and ad valorem taxes and a requirement that each school board adjust the millage for school ad valorem taxes upon determination of the amount of the rollback.
