H 3211 General Bill, By C.H. Rice, M.J. Cooper and J.G. Mattos
    A Bill to amend Section 12-39-260, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the recording and endorsement of sales or conveyances of real property by the county auditor, so as to require the auditor to record the use of land and to amend Section 30-5-80, relating to the endorsement by the auditor on deeds of conveyance of real property, so as to require a written application to the county tax assessor to obtain the proper tax assessment ratio to be attached to a deed of conveyance of residential property and to require the auditor to endorse the application.
