    A Bill to amend Section 12-7-618, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to income tax credits, so as to allow a credit against state income tax due of twenty-five percent of the federal income tax credit for the elderly and the permanently and totally disabled allowed by Section 22 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954.
