A Bill to provide that no cause of action exists against a licensed health care provider, any of its employees, a licensed physician, or a licensed nurse for the failure to obtain spousal consent to a procedure which would render an individual unable to conceive children, to provide for the requirement that the procedure be performed with informed consent, and to provide for the responsibility to exercise a reasonable degree of medical care.
