    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 56-5-2942 so as to require, under certain conditions, an ignition interlock device to be affixed to the vehicle of a person convicted of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs.
