    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, TO ENACT THE "PERINATAL INTEGRATION ACT OF 2021" BY ADDING SECTION 44-89-110 SO AS TO REQUIRE THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL TO PROMULGATE REGULATIONS TO INTEGRATE MIDWIVES INTO THE ORGANIZATION OF PERINATAL LEVELS OF CARE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
