A Bill to provide that physicians and health officials, when reporting to the Department of Health and Environmental Control a positive diagnosis of Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome in a patient under the age of eighteen, must report certain information concerning the patient including the name of the school or kindergarten, if any, he attends, and to provide that the Department must notify his school or kindergarten of this fact which must be kept confidential.
