A Bill to amend Section 8-13-620, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to election campaign records, so as to require campaign contributions and expenditures to be reported to the State Ethics Commission at least ten days before election day, to require supplemental filings within twenty-four hours of individual contributions of one thousand dollars or more received before the election and not previously reported, and to provide the information to be reported.
