    A Bill to amend Section 42-9-240, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the date on which Workers' Compensation payable under an award or under a judgment upon an appeal from an award becomes due, so as to provide that the first installment of the compensation becomes due fourteen, rather than seven, days from the date of the award or from the date of the judgment.
