    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 56-10-285 SO AS TO PROVIDE FOR THE ISSUANCE AND USE OF A MOTOR VEHICLE STICKER OR DECAL INDICATING THAT A VEHICLE IS AN INSURED VEHICLE, ESTABLISH A MISDEMEANOR OFFENSE AND PENALTIES, AND PROVIDE FOR RELATED MATTERS.
