A Bill to amend Section 61-3-440, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the prohibition against alcoholic liquor or beverage licenses being granted if the place of business is within certain distances of churches, schools, or playgrounds, so as to provide that this prohibition also applies to the issuance of beer or wine permits, and to provide certain exceptions for current beer or wine permits or locations.
